Wooden floor. The sitting room contain a TV, a phone, a large bed and a small bed. A separate kitchen which contain a big oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. 
This apartment is fully equipped with all the sheets and linens necessary. 
The rental price is 450 FF per night and 2700FF per week. All charges (electricity, water, linen, towels...) and taxes is include in the rental price, only charge is your telephonic communications from the apartment and a tax for the housekeeping.
The deposit is the half of the rental price, no refundable to secure each reservation at time of booking.
